Ten boxes of quail eggs, 120 eggs in total.
This order will be delivered via Royal Mail, our courier.
Our Quail are kept in small groups to promote well being and good health. They are raised on only organic feed to ensure the best quality eggs to you.
The quail are fed twice daily and enjoy tasty treats of lettuce, mealworms and cucumber. We really think this is reflected in the taste of their eggs.
All our orders for eggs will be fulfilled using eggs collected the same day as dispatch. This will give them a best before of 4 weeks from the date they are dispatched.
Please note the Tracked 24 service begins from when the parcel leaves the farm not from when your order is placed. During busy times it may take a few days to get your eggs out but they will be delivered 24 hours after being collected.
Quail Eggs are easy to prepare and peeling is simple. Tap the large bottom, then pinch the shell and peel from the bottom upwards.
To Soft boil: place the quail eggs in boiling water for 60 seconds then leave for a further 30 seconds in the water before removing and peeling the shells as described above.
To Hard Boil: Place the quail eggs in boiling water for 2 and a half minutes, remove and run under cold water, dry and peel
